Advance Notice on Adjusting the Time and Form of the 20th Conference on International Exchange of Professionals

To all organizations concerned,

In view of the recent epidemic situation in China, and in accordance with the relevant requirements of the State Council on exhibitions during the epidemic, the time and form of the20th Conference on International Exchange of Professionals (“CIEP”), which was originally scheduled to be held in Shenzhen from April24 to25,2022, will be adjusted. Relevant matters are hereby notified in advance as follows:

I. The Opening Ceremony of the20th CIEP is scheduled to be held online on May26,2022.

II. The virtual exhibition space, project-matching platform (EO system) and online recruitment channels will be available throughout the year, and online activities such as Shenzhen Forum, Exhibitions and Negotiations, Project Matchmaking and Talent Recruitment will be held online by taking the online conference as the main form and relying on the official website platform of the CIEP.

III. All organizations concerned are requested to actively organize and participate in the VR Exhibition Hall, Project Matchmaking, and Online Recruitment, and strengthen information collection and plan activities such as“Releasing Projects and Talent Requirements”,“Overseas Talents China Tour”, as well as special sessions and sub-venues centering on the themes of this CIEP, while taking into account the actual situation of each region and having all required epidemic prevention and control measures in place.

The specific agenda will be notified by the Organizing Committee.
