Bridging Borders, Innovating for the Future: Global Talents Gather for the Feast of Cross-border E-commerce
The 9th Shenzhen International Cross-border E-commerce Trade Expo (hereinafter referred to as the "Expo") grandly opened on June 15th in Shenzhen. The exhibition tour event is co-hosted by Shenzhen Cross-Border E-commerce Association(SZCBEA) and the Shenzhen Center for International of Exchange Personnel(SCIEP), with strong support from the Entrepreneurship Island for Returned International Talents(EIRIT). The event invited experts from research institutions such as Shenzhen University, Shenzhen MSU-BIT University, and Southern University of Science and Technology, as well as foreign talents from Australia, France, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, Spain, Uzbekistan, and Chinese returnees to participate.
The opening ceremony brought together industry experts and business representatives from around the world to share operational experiences and innovations in cross-border e-commerce. The event not only provided a platform for foreign guests and returnees to gain deeper insights into the industry, but also facilitated international exchange and learning. During the exhibition, some foreign guests expressed that through the exhibition exchanges, they successfully resolved long-standing challenges in the e-commerce business. Other guests also expressed that the activities helped deepen their understanding of the latest trends and development prospects of the cross-border e-commerce industry, and they gained a more profound recognition of the vitality and potential of China's cross-border e-commerce industry. Guests also shared their experiences and insights, providing valuable ideas and suggestions for the future development of the industry.
The activities not only provided a platform for learning and communication for foreign talents and returnee elites but also further propelled the development of the cross-border e-commerce industry in Shenzhen and globally. Looking ahead, SCIEP will continue to strengthen cooperation with domestic and foreign institutions and organize international exchange activities to provide more global elite talents with learning and communication opportunities, thereby supporting various industries in Shenzhen and beyond to expand into broader international markets.
