Sustainable Innovation Forum Unites Global Experts for Green Future

On October 10-11, the Third International Sustainable Development and Innovation Forum was concluded in Wuhan. Hosted by the China Association for International Exchange of Personnel, and organized by the Hubei International Science and Technology Exchange Center and Shenzhen Center for International Exchange of Personnel, the Forum received joint support from the Department of Science and Technology of Hubei Province and the Royal Society of Chemistry. Moreover, the Forum gathered distinguished participants including government officials, international organization representatives, academic scholars, industry leaders, and young professionals to explore pathways for sustainable innovation within the global context.

During the opening ceremony on October 10, distinguished speakers including leaders from the China Association for International Exchange of Personnel, Department of Science and Technology of Hubei Province, and Professor Troels Skrydstrup, Fellow of the Royal Danish Academy of Sciences and Letters, the Danish Academy of Natural Sciences, and the Danish Academy of Technical Sciences, delivered speeches emphasizing the importance of sustainable development while outlining promising future collaboration prospects.


Six international academicians and experts from Denmark, Germany, Finland, and Japan were invited, alongside ten Chinese science and technology professionals from Fudan University, Wuhan University, and Sichuan University. Participants engaged in discussions on Sino-Europe Partnership in Green Transition: How can the Collaboration be Accelerated?

A highlight of the Forum featured Professor Troels Skrydstrup delivering an inspiring science popularization lecture, igniting scientific curiosity among local Hubei students.

More than just an industry event, the Third International Sustainable Development and Innovation Forum served as a platform for profound global dialogue on green transition and sustainable development.

By providing opportunities for knowledge exchange, experience sharing, and partnership building, the Forum advanced green development in wellness and environmental industries while contributing wisdom and strength toward achieving global sustainable development goals.
